Anna Bulakh

Anna Bulakh leads Government Affairs and Public Policy for Ukraine at Google, working at the intersection of AI, digital policy, defence and national resilience. She previously served as Head of Ethics and Partnerships at voice-cloning company Respeecher and as Policy Adviser at synthetic-media startup Reface, helping shape the global discussion on the ethics and security of synthetic media. Earlier she spent several years as a research fellow and program manager at Estonia's International Centre for Defence and Security, focusing on energy security and national resilience. She also serves on Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation AI Committee and co-chairs the IT Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
